Dou\u0103 exerci\u021bii pentru care nu ai nevoie de sal\u0103 de sport.<\/p>\n<p>Excelente mai ales \u00een antrenamente scurte de 10 sau 20 de minute.<\/p>\n<p>Plec\u00e2nd de la aceste dou\u0103 exerci\u021bii de baz\u0103, se pot imagina \u0219i altele, pe m\u0103sura ce \u00ee\u021bi cresc rezisten\u021ba muscular\u0103 \u0219i pofta de sport.<\/p>\n<p>De flot\u0103ri se tem multe femei, g\u0103sind exerci\u021biul eminamente b\u0103rb\u0103tesc \u0219i poate nedelicat. Dar cum, mai nou, b\u0103rba\u021bii nu se eschiveaz\u0103 de la a schimba scutecele copilului, nici pe noi, femeile, n-ar trebui s\u0103 ne mai sperie flot\u0103rile.
