Testosteronul ajuta muschiul sa cresca. Dar nu stand cu telecomanda in mana, ci lucrand serios in sala de sport, vreo 5 zile pe saptamana, cu greutati mari, foarte mari, din ce in ce mai mari&#8230;..fiare&#8230;.<br \/>\n&#8211; In rest, in cel mai rau caz, muschiul se profileaza frumos, este lung, tonic, ferm si mai tine si celulita pe loc&#8230;.<br \/>\n&#8211; Lucrul cu greutati mici\/moderate sau greutatea propriului corp este singura modalitate de a incetini\/stopa declinul, pierderea masei musculare (chiar si osoase), INERENTA cu trecerea varstei, accelerata dupa 40 de ani, din cauza schimbarilor hormonale. Pierderea e mai accentuata la femei. Cu atat mai mult la cele care se supun unui lung sir de diete, cu scaderi de greutate si reveniri supracompensatorii de kilograme.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u201dEu nu trag de fiare, eu fac sala!\u201d Adica cum? Pui caramida peste caramida???? Sau stai 30 de minute de vorba la telefon in timp ce tragi cu ochiul la \u201dfiguranta\u201d aia care munce\u0219te pe br\u00e2nci&#8230;.<br \/>\n&#8211; Tras de fiare se cheama, de pil\u0103, c\u00e2nd ridici o haltera de vreo 80-100- 200 de kg. Daca tragi la piept o bara (cantarind 3-5 kilograme, cam cat o oala de ciorb\u0103&#8230;. \u201dtrag de ciorba\u201d) pentru intarirea musculaturii, imbunatarirea posturii si slobozirea piticilor din creier se cheam\u0103 fitness. Dupa ce am nascut-o pe Maria, dupa niste sus-jos pe scari cu caruciorul, am ramas cu spatele in forma de L (o saptamana intreaga nu m-am clintit din pat&#8230;., plosca n-am avut, da` nici pe la WC nu cred c-am prea dat &#8230;.\u00a0<span class=\"_47e3 _5mfr\" title=\"emoticon smile\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/f4c\/1\/16\/1f642.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><span class=\"_7oe\">\ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/span>\u00a0), apoi in S. In S a fost mai bine, c-am dus-o asa, pe picioare, pana cand am inceput sa mai fac ceva miscare\/sport.<br \/>\nApoi, la vreo 2-3 ani dupa ce mi-am schi<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">mbat meseria (dupa 39 de ani) si-am inceput sa predau ore de aerobic si zumba, mi-am luat din nou bilet la Eforie, la recuperare, dupa o criza de vreo luna de zile, in care nu cred ca gustam un somn mai mare &#8230;.de 2 ore&#8230;. In rest, faceam exercitii de stretching prin casa, cam pana se crapa bine de ziua. Medicul, care nu vazuse RMN-ul cu cele 3 hernii si 2 protruzii, dar ma vazuse pe tocuri, mi-a zis ca, dupa cum merg, n-am nimic la spate&#8230;..\u00a0<span class=\"_47e3 _5mfr\" title=\"emoticon smile\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/f4c\/1\/16\/1f642.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><span class=\"_7oe\">\ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/span><br \/>\nIn sala de fitness (va rog sa nu confundati fitness cu body building) am ajuns singura, dupa niste multe carti citite despre coloana si despre recuperarea spatelui. Sa nu ma intelegeti gresit: sedintele de fizio si kinetoterapie sunt foarte bune. Dar un sportiv are nevoie de mai mult decat atat.<br \/>\nAstfel, am ajuns sa imi fac singura programe de exercitii pentru recuperarea spatelui, iar aparatul de fitness (datorita caruia m-am apucat serios de fitness; nu este cel din video) este unul nelipsit din circuitul exercitiilor mele pentru spate.<br \/>\nDeci, ce voiam sa zic: ca sunt unele exercitii pentru abdomen care fac mult rau spatelui. Mai ales incepatorii sa stea departe de ele (stiu! ai rasuflat usurat\/a&#8230;. bine ca nu fac nimic&#8230;..!\u00a0<span class=\"_47e3 _5mfr\" title=\"emoticon smile\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/f4c\/1\/16\/1f642.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><span class=\"_7oe\">\ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/span>\u00a0).<br \/>\nIn video, un exercitiu BUN, COMOD, EFICIENT pentru abdomen. E foarte bine! Face bine si la cap, si la colesterol, si la silueta, si la coloana, si la postura, si la depresii, creste si stima de sine etc.; dar sa le dam sperante desarte cum ca, in 3 luni (adica pana la vacanta de vara), dintr-o persoana de 70-80-90 de kilograme va deveni fitness model (poza!), e cam mult&#8230;.Mult prea mult&#8230;..<br \/>\nCa sa construiesti un corp dupa care sa se intoarca si soarele, e nevoie de niste ani (ANI!), de niste antrenamente aproape zilnice (construite cu cap), de o anumita alimentatie, de o anume disciplina.<br \/>\nAsa, ca veni vorba&#8230;. Ieri, cineva imi povestea ca a facut o ditamai tava de tiramisu. Iar daca ele ar vorbi&#8230;&#8230;<br \/>\nIn rest, mai gasesc, uneori, motive fie sa termin mai repede antrenamentele, fie sa fac o &#8220;tocanita&#8221; (si totusi, nu le ratez&#8230;).
