De aceea, multi dintre noi devin dependenti de acest tip de miscare. Sunt alergatori de fond care spun ca sunt cuprinsi de euforie, extaz in timpul efortului.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span class=\"\">Cantitatea de<\/span> endorfine <span class=\"\">creste in timpul<\/span> efortului fizic, atingand de\u00a0 cinci ori <span class=\"\">valorile<\/span> <span class=\"\">de repaus<\/span> la<span class=\"\"> 30<\/span> &#8211;<span class=\"\"> 45<\/span> de minute dup\u0103 incetarea efortului. Rata de endorfine <span class=\"\">este direct legata de<\/span> <span class=\"\">intensitatea<\/span> si durata exerci\u021biului, dar si de tipul activitatii fizice<span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\nIn ceea ce ma priveste, este una dintre activitatile care ma relaxeaza cel mai mult, ma intoarce cel mai mult catre mine. E forma mea de meditatie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Acum mai bine de 10 ani, si eu am inceput alergand langa un profesor de sport, marathonist, si consoarta acestuia. La randu-mi, am transmis si inca sper sa mai transmit mult timp bucuria data de endorfinele alergarii.
