Dup\u0103 ce vei lua cantitatea pentru o p\u00e2ine, nu uita s\u0103 adaugi \u00eenc\u0103 50 gr. f\u0103in\u0103 integral\u0103 de gr\u00e2u, 50 gr. ap\u0103.
