Eu am cernut f\u0103ina, iar granulele mari le-am \u00eendep\u0103rtat. Preg\u0103te\u0219ti un vas cu diametrul de 26 cm. pe care \u00eel \u00eembraci cu h\u00e2rtie de copt uns\u0103 cu pu\u021bin ulei.<\/p>\n<p>Pui br\u00e2nza \u00eentr-un castron mai mare. La separarea ou\u0103lor, g\u0103lbenu\u0219urile le pui peste br\u00e2nz\u0103, albu\u0219urile \u00een robot. Peste br\u00e2nz\u0103 \u0219i g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri adaugi\u00a0 esen\u021bele sau coaj\u0103 ras\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie. Ba\u021bi bine albu\u0219urile ad\u0103ug\u00e2nd r\u00e2nd pe r\u00e2nd c\u00e2te o lingur\u0103 de \u00eendulcitor. Dup\u0103 ce s-au \u00eemb\u0103\u021bo\u0219at (cheia reu\u0219itei este ca albu\u0219urile s\u0103 fie bine b\u0103tute, iar br\u00e2nza s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 zer, altminteri, mousse-ul se las\u0103 foarte mult), le adaugi, \u00een mai multe reprize, peste br\u00e2nza cu g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri. Amesteci de jos \u00een sus, cu o mi\u0219care circular\u0103. La final, adaugi f\u0103ina de migdale cernut\u0103. Amesteci bl\u00e2nd, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 insi\u0219ti prea mult.<\/p>\n<p>La\u0219i la cuptor aproximativ 45-50 de minute.
