V-a l\u0103udat\u00a0 at\u00e2t de mult R. pentru tortul de mere, \u00eenc\u00e2t vrea s\u0103-l fac \u0219i eu. \u00cemi pute\u021bi trimite re\u021beta?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Iat-o mai jos, am cules-o de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iletaitunefoislapatisserie.com\" target=\"_blank\">aici.\u00a0 <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tortul se poate face cu o baza de biscuiti, eu am facut un blat fooarte subtire ca de chec (este mai pu\u021bin caloric dec\u00e2t blatul de biscui\u021bi).<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTE <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>pentru blatul de biscui\u021bi:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"200 g de sp\u00e9culoos \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">200 gr. biscui\u021bi<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"60 g de beurre pommade \">60 gr. unt moale<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><\/span><strong>p<\/strong><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"Pommes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es : \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\"><strong>entru stratul de mere caramelizate:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><\/span><br \/>\n<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"Pommes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es : \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span title=\"4 pommes \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">4 mere<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"4 pommes \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">\u00a0 <\/span><span title=\"2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">2 plicule\u021be de zah\u0103r vanilat<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">\u00a0 20 gr. <\/span><span title=\"20 g de beurre demi-sel \">unt<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><strong>Pentru mousse-ul de mere:<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"3 pommes \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">3 mere<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"20 + 20 g de sucre \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">20 gr. zah\u0103r (pentru piureul de mere) + 20 gr. de zah\u0103r (pentru fri\u0219c\u0103) &#8211; op\u021bional<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"20 + 20 g de sucre \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">20 gr. <\/span><span title=\"20 g de beurre \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">unt<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re \">200 ml fri\u0219c\u0103<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re \">100 gr. mascarpone &#8211; op\u021bional. Dar e mai bine cu mascarpone, st\u0103 mousse-ul mai b\u0103\u021bos.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re \"><strong>PREPARARE:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"La p\u00e2te en sp\u00e9culoos, c'est tout simple : il suffit de mixer les sp\u00e9culoos avec le beurre et d'\u00e9taler cette p\u00e2te au fond d'un cercle \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie (le mien fait 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre, il est en vente ici). \">Se amestec\u0103 biscui\u021bii m\u0103run\u021bi\u021bi cu unt \u0219i se tapeteaz\u0103 fundul unei forme de tort (diametru de 24 cm, cu cerc deta\u0219abil).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Coupez ensuite les 4 pommes en petits morceaux et faites-les caram\u00e9liser \u00e0 la casserole avec le sucre et le beurre.\">Merele, taiate \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi mici, se caramelizeaz\u0103 \u00eentr-o tigaie cu zah\u0103rul \u0219i untul. Se pun peste stratul de biscui\u021bi.<\/span><span title=\"Parsemez-les ensuite sur la p\u00e2te en sp\u00e9culoos. \"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"La mousse maintenant.\">Pentru mousse: se taie <span title=\"Coupez les 3 pommes restantes en petits morceaux et faites-les cuire avec 20 g de sucre et le beurre.\">\u00een buc\u0103\u021bi mici<\/span> cele <\/span><span title=\"Coupez les 3 pommes restantes en petits morceaux et faites-les cuire avec 20 g de sucre et le beurre.\">3 mere r\u0103mase. Paseaz\u0103-le ca pe piure.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00cenainte de a te apuca s\u0103 ba\u021bi fri\u0219ca, pune tortul \u00een congelator, iar piureul de mere las\u0103-l s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103, altfel, vor topi fri\u0219ca!!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"Quand les pommes deviennent fondantes, mixez-les pour obtenir une compote. \"><br \/>\n<strong>Vei \u00eencepe s\u0103 ba\u021bi fri\u0219ca doar dup\u0103 ce merele caramelizate \u0219i piureul de mere s-au r\u0103cit COMPLET!!!!!<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"Ajoutez le sucre restant petit \u00e0 petit.\">Ba\u021bi fri\u0219ca \u0219i adaugi treptat zah\u0103rul (eu nu l-am mai pus). Maria a pus \u201daluni\u021be\u201d M&amp;M. Este un tort foarte simplu de preparat, fin, \u00eentruc\u00e2tva delicat cu silueta, dar \u0219i cu papilele gustative. Aprecierea a fost unanim\u0103, ceea ce v\u0103 doresc \u0219i vou\u0103!<\/p>\n<p><em>P.S.
