Nu trebuie rumenite! Dai pe razatoare cartofii fierti, decojiti, branza. Stroci bine dovlecelul si il adaugi peste amestecului de cartofi-branza. Completezi cu ceapa, morcovul, mirodeniile, oul. Le amesteci pana se omogenizeaza, le pui in tava si le coci la 220 grade pana devin rumenii.
