Rezultatul m-a mul\u021bumit. \u00cen plus, am folosit jum\u0103tate din cantitatea de zah\u0103r care se obi\u0219nuie\u0219te a fi pus\u0103 \u00een dulce\u021buri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 kg. c\u0103p\u0219une<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 500 gr. zah\u0103r<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 250 ml de ap\u0103 (dac\u0103 vrei mai mult sirop; dac\u0103 nu, te po\u021bi limita la 150 ml ap\u0103)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 p\u0103staie vanilie<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 v\u00e2rfuri bicarbonat de sodiu pentru ca fructele s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i p\u0103streze culoarea<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; zeama de la 1\/2 l\u0103m\u00e2ie<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPAPARE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fierbi, la foc mediu, apa cu zah\u0103rul \u0219i bicarbonatul p\u00e2n\u0103 ce devin sirop. Vei recunoa\u0219te aceasta dup\u0103 faptul c\u0103 amestecul cade gros, \u00een pic\u0103turi ca perlele. \u00cen sirop adaugi cap\u0219unele \u00eentregi, sp\u0103late \u0219i scurse, zeama de l\u0103m\u00e2ie. La primul dat \u00een clocot, le scurgi \u00eentr-o sit\u0103 \u0219i vei continua fierberea siropului. P\u0103strezi fructele deoparte. C\u00e2nd acesta cade \u00een pic\u0103turi perlate, adaugi p\u0103staia de vanilie, sectionat\u0103 pe jum\u0103tate, \u0219i c\u0103p\u0219unele. La primul dat \u00een clocot, reduci la minimum focul \u0219i vei mai continua c\u00e2teva minute p\u00e2n\u0103 vei aprecia c\u0103 este suficient de legat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2t este \u00eenc\u0103 fierbinte, torni dulcea\u021ba \u00een borcane \u0219i le a\u0219ezi, pentru 15-20 minute, \u00een cuptorul \u00eenc\u0103lzit la treapta cea mai mic\u0103 (nu mai mult de 100 grade). Din experien\u021ba anilor \u00een care am tot f\u0103cut dulce\u021buri f\u0103r\u0103 zah\u0103r\/sau cu o cantitate redus\u0103, v\u0103 spun c\u0103 rezist\u0103\u00a0 (excep\u021bie fac gurile mancacioase) p\u00e2n\u0103 anul viitor.<\/p>\n<p>P.S. Revin \u0219i cu o versiune de dulceat\u0103 de c\u0103p\u0219une f\u0103r\u0103 zah\u0103r, dac\u0103 rezultatul m\u0103 va mul\u021bumi.
