Rezult\u0103 o compozi\u021bie mai degrab\u0103 lichid\u0103. A\u0219a trebuie s\u0103 fie, nu intra \u00een panic\u0103!<\/p>\n<p>\u00centr-o tav\u0103 tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt (uns\u0103 cu ulei), a\u0219ezi un prim strat de 3 foi. Nu e nevoie s\u0103 fie unse cu gr\u0103sime. Torni un strat (de grosimea unui deget) din compozi\u021bia de br\u00e2nz\u0103. Adaugi 2-3 foi si apoi br\u00e2nz\u0103. Te joci astfel, foi-br\u00e2nz\u0103, foi-br\u00e2nz\u0103&#8230;.,\u00a0 p\u00e2n\u0103 epuizezi amestecul de br\u00e2nz\u0103. Straturile de pl\u0103cint\u0103 se \u00eencheie cu 3-4 foi. Cu un cu\u021bit bine ascu\u021bit, sectionezi pl\u0103cinta \u00een p\u0103tr\u0103\u021bele, astfel \u00eencat, ceea ce vei turna deasupra, s\u0103 p\u0103trund\u0103 prin toate ungherele.<\/p>\n<p>La final, ba\u021bi oul cu 150 ml iaurt cremos, 100 ml ap\u0103 minerala, 1 lingur\u0103 \u00eendulcitor \u0219i torni deasupra pl\u0103cintei sec\u021bionate \u00een p\u0103tr\u0103\u021bele. O la\u0219i \u00een cuptorul aprins la 180 grade timp de 50-60 minute.
