Adaugi laptele de cocos, sarea, f\u0103ina, bicarbonatul de sodiu. Amesteci p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii o sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 mai groas\u0103. Partea care necesit\u0103 mai mult\u0103 aten\u021bie este \u00eentoarcerea cl\u0103titei&#8230; pe partea cealalt\u0103. Focul nu trebuie s\u0103 fie prea tare; chiar mic spre mediu, cl\u0103titele cu f\u0103in\u0103 de quinoa se ard destul de repede.<\/p>\n<p>Din ingredientele de mai sus ies 5 cl\u0103tite. Bune, s\u0103\u021bioase, indulgente cu silueta. La fel de bune si a doua zi, la micul dejun. Sau chiar mai bune! Copiii mei le-au m\u00e2ncat cu magiun de corcodu\u0219e. S\u0103 vezi coad\u0103 la toalet\u0103&#8230;..
