De aceea am folosit si borsul. Fierbe orezul \u00een ap\u0103 cu sare.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00cen\u0103bu\u0219\u0103 morcovul, ceapa \u00een uleiul nu foarte \u00eencins. Adaug\u0103 \u0219i sarea, pune capacul \u0219i redu focul la mic pentru ca legumele s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i lase ap\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>3. Las\u0103-le\u00a0 3-4 minute la foc mic s\u0103 se hidrateze bine orezul.<\/p>\n<p>4. Adaug\u0103 sucul de ro\u0219ii, amesteci \u0219i nu mai la\u0219i la c\u0103lit.<\/p>\n<p>5. Ultimele sunt migdalele m\u0103cinate (se pun dup\u0103 ce ai luat legumele de pe foc). Acestea vor absorbi lichidul din legumele sotate, facand amestecul destul de v\u00e2rtos.<\/p>\n<p>6. \u00cenf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 sarmale mititele, c\u00e2t s\u0103 intre \u00een aparatul fonator (gur\u0103!) dintr-o singur\u0103 \u00eenghi\u021bitur\u0103. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>7. Pune-le fie la abur, fie la cuptor (cred ca la cuptor salata se\u00a0 fr\u0103geze\u0219te mai bine). Eu le-am pus la abur \u0219i le-am l\u0103sat p\u00e2n\u0103 ce culoarea salatei s-a schimbat \u00een maro. Spre finalul prepar\u0103rii, le-am uns u\u0219urel cu ulei \u0219i le-am mai l\u0103sat c\u00e2teva minute. Avantajul major pe care il ofera frunzele de bok choy la preparare, spre deosebire de alte frunze (stevie, de exemplu), este ca raman integre, continutul nu se risipeste.<\/p>\n<p>Concluzia so\u021bului meu: sunt cu carne!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leguma legumelor la chinezi este bok (pak) choy, cultivata de mai bine de 5 000 de ani. Face parte din familia verzei. Numarul redus de calorii (doar 13\/100 gr.) si continutul bogat in vitamine (A, C, K, vitamine din grupul B), minerale (<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"ro\"><span title=\"It also contains important nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and manganese, all wrapped up in an extremely low-calorie package (some classify bok choy as a zero-calorie or negative-calorie food).&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\"> calciu, magneziu, potasiu, mangan<\/span><\/span>) si fibre o recomanda ca excelent ingredient in perioadele de slabire. Si nu numai, desigur&#8230;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Se poate consuma ca atare, in salata (partea alba, mai groasa, este suculenta, crocanta) sau ca ingredient la alte tipuri de mancare gatita. De retinut ca partea alba are nevoie de un timp de pregatire ceva mai mare decat partea verde.
