Ceea ce m-a hotarat a fost un mesaj de la o doamna&#8230;..<br \/>\nIdeea in care eu cred cu tarie e: daca nu sunt alte patologii asociate, poti subtia considerabil stratul de tesut adipos, tinand cont ca:<br \/>\n&#8211; ai o alimentatie bine supravegheata, fara sa consideri ca esti la dieta. TOT TIMPUL, inclusiv de Pasti si de Craciun..<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">..,<br \/>\n&#8211; faci sport mai mult de 3 ori pe saptamana, aerob si anaerob,<br \/>\n&#8211; te odihnesti suficient,<br \/>\n&#8211; ai suficienta rabdare; in doar 6 luni, este imposibil sa treci de la 20-30% tesut adipos, la 10-15%.
