De pilda, mirosul de faina integrala este foarte pregnant cand prajitura este calda.<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 oua<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pliculet praf de copt (eu am folosit unul cu sofran)<br \/>\n&#8211; esenta de vanilie dupa gustul vostru sau alte arome care va plac<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 lingura cu varf de cacao neagra<br \/>\n<em><strong>Preparare:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Aprindeti cuptorul la 180 grade.<br \/>\n2. Bateti bine ouale intregi cu indulcitorul pudra pana ce isi maresc considerabil volumul si se apropie de consistenta spumei. Adaugati iaurtul, esenta, coaja rasa si sucurile (lamaie+mere). Amestecati usurel.<br \/>\n4. Incorporati treptat faina cernuta si amestecati bland, de jos in sus, pana se desfac cocoloasele de faina.<br \/>\n5. Ultimul este praful de copt. De adaugat dupa ce faina a fost bine amestecata.<br \/>\n6. Turnati in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si unsa cu putin ulei. Eu am folosit 2 tavi de chec pentru a scurta timpul de coacere, dar si pentru a nu invita mancaciosii sa manance o felie prea mare. <i class=\"_4-k1 img sp_fM-mz8spZ1b sx_5371b4\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/i><br \/>\n7. Se coace timp de 20-30 minute, in functie de grosimea aluatului. Faceti testul scobitorii.<br \/>\nO idee de mic dejun energizant si echilibrat, cu putin de dulce. Exact ce trebuie sa infruntam ploaia.<br \/>\nP.S.
