Daca pasta e prea moale, mai adaugi faina. O lasi 20 de minute in repaus, la temperatura ambianta. Aprinzi cuptorul la 180 grade.<br \/>\nIntr-o cratita mare, pui la fiert apa cu sare. Formezi covrigei si, cand apa a ajuns la punctul de fierbere, dai drumul covrigeilor, unul cate unul. Cand ajung la suprafata apei, \u00eei scoti si \u00eei lasi pe un prospo curat sa se usuce. Apoi, pui covrigeii in tava, ii fasonezi cu susan si mac. Lasi la copt 25 de minute.<br \/>\nSigur ca, daca \u00eei faci cu faina alba, vor fi mai fatarnici, aratosi si se vor manca mai repede&#8230;. (silueta sufera! ) Dar nu acesta e scopul. Sunt foarte s\u0103tiosi, asa ca, mai mult de 1-2 e greu sa mananci. Pot inlocui, de pilda, o felie de paine, la masa de pranz.
