Le amesteci. Peste acestea, torni untul si mierea. Din nou le amesteci, de asta data, delicat.<\/p>\n<p>Intr-o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt, torni amestecul si presezi, astfel incat sa se formeze un pat uniform, de grosimea unui deget. lasi la copt 30 minute. Inainte de a portiona, asteapta sa se raceasca bine (eu l-am bagat, 1 ora, in frigider) ca sa se poata taia usor. Copiii mei au mancat cu placere. Poate fi pastrat si 2-3 zile.<\/p>\n<p>Total caloric batonul meu in comparatie cu cel industrial, la 100 gr. = 288 kcal (batonul meu) versus 402 kcal. Aceasta, fara a discuta si alte implicatii metabolice ale ingredientelor folosite industrial, ascunse sub paravanul imbogatirii cu vitamine.
