Blatul nu e deloc apetisant la vedere (folosesc <span class=\"text_exposed_show\">faina integrala sau neagra). Cu toa<\/span><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">te acestea, nu raman frimituri in farfurie (cu exceptia <\/span><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">partii exterioare a blatului). Dovada ca gustul se educa.<br \/>\nSaptamana aceasta, am facut pizza cu rucola si somon fume.<br \/>\nRucola face parte din familia verzei, un sprijin de nadejde in orice etapa de slabire (atentie cei cu probleme de tiroida!).<br \/>\nIngrediente pentru blat:<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 gr. faina neagra sau integrala<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pachet (10 gr.) drojdie uscata<br \/>\n&#8211; aprox. 350 ml apa calduta (aici trebuie sa fii atenta; eu fac aluaturile \u201ddin ochi\u201d). Ajustezi fie apa, fie faina, daca e cazul.<br \/>\n&#8211; putintica sare<br \/>\n&#8211; 1-2 linguri ulei (optional)<br \/>\nMai departe, procedezi la \u201dprelucrare\u201d ca in cazul oricarui aluat. Lasi la crescut cel putin 1 ora.
