Mai spun doar c\u0103 cel mai mult mi-a pl\u0103cut metoda de antrenament a israelianului Shlomi Amon.\u00a0 Proasp\u0103t afiliat\u0103 la metoda de &#8220;lecuire&#8221; a celuilalt israelian, Amos Oz, care ar fi putut c\u00e2\u015ftiga Nobel-ul pentru literatur\u0103 dac\u0103 Herta Muller&#8230;.., particip cu mare afec\u0163iune \u015fi empatie la ora t\u00e2n\u0103rului instructor israelian, cu o \u00eenf\u0103\u0163i\u015fare de agent Mossad carismatic \u015fi firesc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metoda lui Shlomi combin\u0103 elemente de coregrafie cu echilibru,\u00a0 stretching \u015fi for\u0163\u0103. Un mixt interesant, relaxant at\u00e2t pentru corp (de\u015fi unele mi\u015fc\u0103ri, posturi sunt foarte solicitante), c\u00e2t \u015fi pentru minte.
