Galbenusurile se freaca cu putina sare, se adauga peste piure-ul de fructe si migdale. La final, incorporati cu grija spuma de albus, amestec\u00e2nd de sus in jos. Turnati intr-o forma mica de tort (de aici rezulta 4 portii).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Se coace la cuptorul incins la 160 grade ceva mai mult de o ora. La mijloc,\u00a0 trebuie sa fie putin l\u0103sat si moale, de consistenta mousse-ului. Marginile sunt ceva mai tari \u0219i crocante. Datorit\u0103 faptului c\u0103 piure-ul de fructe se va lasa pe fundul tavii, tortul va avea o consistenta mai suav\u0103, cremoas\u0103,\u00a0 \u00een partea de jos, spumoas\u0103 in partea din mijloc, crocant\u0103 la extremit\u0103\u021bi. Amestecul de migdale, care contin grasimi,\u00a0 fibre, proteine, si ou\u0103, \u00eel face destul de s\u0103\u021bios. Nu are f\u0103in\u0103, nu are zah\u0103r, dar nu va baza\u021bi prea mult pe faptul c\u0103 nu \u00eengras\u0103. Migdalele con\u021bin multe gr\u0103simi, bune &#8211; e adevarat!, dar tot gr\u0103simi sunt. \u00cen compara\u021bie cu un tort &#8211; s\u0103-i zicem &#8211; clasic,\u00a0 acesta din imagine este la categoria superpan\u0103. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><span data-offset-key=\"alved-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Total caloric per portie = 202 kcal. (fara de peste 700 kcal. cat ar avea o portie de tort clasic).
