Nu uitati, dragi vegani, ca pentru absorbtia carotenului (bun pentru acuitatea vizuala, in special), morcov<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">ul trebuie preparat!<br \/>\n\u2013 am mai adaugat dovlecei (din gradina mea) marinati in suc de rosii + boia iute (e marca personala, imi place sa mananc mai picant).<br \/>\nUn fel principal bun pentru pranz, cand inca mai ai nevoie de energie pentru a doua parte a zilei. Este genul de mancare dupa care nu prea mai merge desert (si parca nici antreu). Dar daca totusi insisti, un cubulet de branza albastra e indestulator.
