Si, in loc sa avem fesieri ca pepenii, vom avea lombosciatica si&#8230;. fesieri. Faptul de a tine coloana dreapta in timpul exercitiului (ca sa lucreze fesierii si nu vertebrele), nu inseamna o atitudine mai putin &#8220;sexy&#8221; (daca si asta ne dorim).<\/p>\n<p><span data-ft=\"{&quot;tn&quot;:&quot;K&quot;}\"><span class=\"UFICommentBody\">Pe durata exercitiului, spatele se afla intr-o pozitie neutra si nu foarte tensionata. Ca atunci cand stai drept, in picioare, respectand curbura fiziologica, naturala, a coloanei.
