Nivelul cortizolului creste, ceea ce duce la oboseala, agitatie, dar si o depunere a grasimii in zona abdominala, de unde, in stituatie de criza, corpul o poate folosi cel mai usor.<br \/>\nIar pentru cei care sunt deja angajati intr-o etapa de slabire si trec printr-o perioada de stagnare, cel mai potrivit ar fi sa se relaxeze sau sa detaseze putin, asa incat slabitul sa nu ii streseze peste masura si sa oblige astfel organismul sa intre in modul &#8220;imi fac rezerve&#8221;.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cand e cel mai bine sa demarezi o etapa de slabire?
