Grasimea este cea care se tope<\/p>\n<p>ste ultima, tocmai pentru ca acest strat de tesut adipos ne asigura supravieturirea.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Un program echilibrat de slabit se desfasoara in etape de 3-4-6 luni, urmat de o perioada ampla de mentinere &#8211; chiar mai importanta decat slabirea in sine &#8211; in care se urmareste pastrarea greutatii pe fondul unei cresteri progresive si rezonabile de calorii, dar in paralel cu cresterea efortului fizic si intarirea musculaturii.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"_5wpt\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"stcpDiv\">\n<p><em><strong>\u201dPatru linguri de miere de albine, care se amestec\u0103 cu o lingur\u0103 de sor\u0163i\u015foar\u0103 \u00eentr-o can\u0103:<\/strong><\/em> <em><strong>Acest tip de diet\u0103 se poate \u0163ine p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd vei ajunge la greutatea dorit\u0103. In plus, 4 linguri de miere inseamna aproximativ 300 de kcal, adica tot atat cat iti aduce o masa satioasa si corecta din punct de vedere al combustibilului de care are nevoie organismul. Daca acest surplus nu se consuma prin sport, pe langa dezechilibrul nutritional, mai adaugi si cateva kilograme in plus.<br \/>\nNu vad nici de ce ai renunta la fructe de dragul acestui remediu. Sunt, printre alte beneficii, dulcele cel mai savuros, linistitor si satios din cate pot exista.<br \/>\nRevista nu ne spune daca remediul acesta &#8220;miraculos&#8221; presupune si ingerarea de proteine animale sau vegetale (lactate, oua, branza, carne, leguminoase etc.), dar pot presupune ca nu exista, ceea ce inseamna, pe langa raul imens, unul si mai pervers: &#8220;topoirea&#8221; nu a grasimii, ci a masei musculare, adica reducerea motorului care consuma si in stare de repaus. Unde e castigul?
