In prima postura gresita, pe langa presiunea pe coloana, marcata de cele 2 puncte, mai exista inca una asupra viscerelor care se traduce pintr-o presiune asupra diafragmei pelvine, cu consecinte dintre cele nebanuite. In cea de-a doua postura a primei imagini, extensia spatelui antreneaza in timp lungirea musculaturii abdominale si scurtarea celei a spatelui, ceea ce atrage dupa sine, printre alte consecinte, o tasare a discurilor intervertebrale.
