Genuflexiunile sunt baza fitness-ului. Nu sunt ocolite nici la orele de aerobic, nici la cele de fitness sau bodybuilding. De corectitudinea efectuarii lor depinde starea articulatiilor voastre, fie ca vorbim de cele ale genunchiului sau ale coloanei vertebrale.
