Am \u201dtras\u201d la tigaie, pentru 3-4 minute, dovleceii fin felia\u021bi (cu doar 1 lingur\u0103 ulei floarea soarelui) dup\u0103 care am adaugat creve\u021bii (\u00een prealabil, i-am decongelat \u00een tigaie, pe foc, f\u0103r\u0103 sa adaug nimic), usturoiul, sarea, piperul. Le-am mai l\u0103sat s\u0103 se \u201dmelanjeze\u201d pre\u021b de un minut, dup\u0103 care i-am m\u00e2ncat, de fapt &#8211; i-am \u00eenfulecat. \u00cenc\u00e2 de ieri mi-a dat Oana (<a title=\"http:\/\/www.bucataras.ro\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bucataras.ro\" target=\"_blank\">www.bucataras.ro<\/a>) ideea \u0219i n-am avut de lucru&#8230;. m-am tot g\u00e2ndit ce, cum, \u00een ce fel \u00eei voi m\u00e2nca. Deh! \u0218i eu sunt om!<\/p>\n<p>Mi-au ie\u0219it dou\u0103 por\u021bii, iar un calcul caloric aproximativ \u00eemi arat\u0103 un aport de mai pu\u021bin de 150 kcal\/por\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De ce sunt perfecte pentru cin\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doveceii contin \u00een proportie de 90% apa, dar si potasiu, fosfor, vitamina A, vitamina B9. 300 de grame de dovlecei con\u021bin 36 kcalorii (mai pu\u021bin dec\u00e2t un iaurt). Sunt foarte indica\u021bi pentru cardiaci, hipertensivi (potasiul ajuta la eliminarea apei), pentru cei care \u021bin la silueta. \u0218i eu \u021bin.<\/p>\n<p>P.S.
