Pentru cine nu bea cafea, atentie la cafeina continut\u0103 \u00een bauturi racoritoare (tip cola), b\u0103uturi energizante, ciocolat\u0103, ceai negru, ceai verde!<\/p>\n<p>Este pentru prima data cand Autoritatea europeana pentru siguranta alimentelor (EFSA) face o evaluare \u0219i emite o recomandare, la nivelul Uniunii europene, asupra riscului prezentat de cresterea consumului de cafeina, incluz\u00e2nd toate sursele alimentare: boli cardiovasculare, probleme legate de sistemul nervos central (somn intrerupt, anxietate), posibile riscuri pentru f\u0103t la femeile insarcinate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">In 7 dintre cele 13 \u021b\u0103ri studiate de EFSA, o parte a popula\u021biei adulte consuma mai mult dec\u00e2t recomandarea de 400 mg. Aceeasi doz\u0103 este recomandat\u0103 \u0219i copiilor, pentru c\u0103 viteza de eliminare a cafeinei la copii si adolescen\u0219i este cel pu\u021bin egal\u0103 cu cea a adul\u021bilor.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Concret, in cazul unei persoane care c\u00e2nt\u0103re\u0219te 70 de kg, cantitatea de cafein\u0103 recomandat\u0103 zilnic este de 210 miligrame.
