Pare usor la prima vedere. \u00cencerca\u021bi-l \u0219i da\u021bi-mi de veste despre \u201dsim\u021birile\u201d care v-au trecut.<\/p>\n<p>Mai t\u00e2rziu, aveam s\u0103 folosesc exerci\u021biul (f\u0103cut cu ambele picioare) \u00een antrenamentele cu un b\u0103ie\u021bel de toat\u0103 isprava (devenit \u00eentre timp un b\u0103iat sub\u021bire, chiar \u0219i la propriu \ud83d\ude42 ), pe care l-am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat, printre altele, cum s\u0103 fac\u0103 corect genuflexiuni f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eei fie afectate articula\u021biile genunchilor.<\/p>\n<p>Eficien\u021ba, arderile intense provocate, ludicul si fun-ul date de lucrul cu gym ball-ul au f\u0103cut ca acest exerci\u021biu s\u0103 fie u\u0219or adoptat de c\u0103tre mul\u021bi dintre practican\u021bii de sport din sala unde lucrez, iar lucrul acesta (crearea de epigoni) m\u0103 bucur\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Exerci\u021biu excelent pentru oricine, dar \u00een special pentru cei cu dureri de spate sau cu sensibilit\u0103\u021bi la nivelul articula\u021biilor genunchilor; sau pentru cei care nu au g\u0103sit \u00eenc\u0103 metoda corect\u0103 de practicare a genuflexiunilor; sau pentru cei care vor s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i diversifice exerci\u021biile pentru tonifierea picioarelor.
