Musculatura p\u0103r\u021bii inferioare a corpului este mai mult solicitat\u0103, mai bine pus\u0103 la treab\u0103, dec\u00e2t \u00een cazul \u00een care nu folosim benzi elastice, \u0219i ,ca atare, mai eficien\u021b\u0103 \u00eentr-un interval de timp mai scurt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doar 20 de minute<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>20 de minute de exerci\u021bii dinamice cu benzile pot echivala cu 40 de minute de exerci\u021bii f\u0103cute f\u0103r\u0103. Cei\/cele care se tem de umflarea musculaturii &#8211; nu e cazul aici. Este chiar indicat celor care vor s\u0103-\u0219i sub\u021bieze \u0219i s\u0103-\u0219i contureze musculatura coapselor \u0219i a fesierilor.
