Corect \u00een cele mai multe cazuri&#8230;&#8230;Dar pentru c\u0103 tu m\u0103 cite\u0219ti pe mine, \u00ee\u021bi spun c\u0103 <strong>de acum \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la vacan\u021ba din iulie mai sunt aproximativ 4 luni, timp suficent pentru a ajunge la o anume form\u0103 fizic\u0103 &#8211; dac\u0103 e cazul \ud83d\ude42 &#8211; prin sub\u021biere (cu c\u00e2teva kilograme), dar \u0219i tonifiere<\/strong>. Avem tot ce ne trebuie. Chiar a\u0219a. Avem tot ce ne trebuie? La o salat\u0103 de 4 persoane, eu adaug de exemplu, doar o lingur\u0103 (de sup\u0103) de ulei extravirgin de m\u0103sline.
