Global Thinking Press, 2012).\u00a0 Am primit-o cu bucurie (florile \u0219i c\u0103r\u021bile &#8211; cadourile cu care nu po\u021bi da niciodat\u0103 gre\u0219),\u00a0 dar si cu o oarecare rezerv\u0103; de c\u00e2nd am ie\u0219it din peisajul corporatist, c\u0103r\u021bile de coaching, inspira\u021bionale, de leadership, nu mai sunt pe lista mea de priorit\u0103\u021bi literare.<\/p>\n<p>Poate si pentru c\u0103 cele mai multe dintre acestea pun insistent accentul pe cre\u0219terea\/\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea competen\u021belor profesionale\/sociale \u0219i mai pu\u021bin spre deloc pe s\u0103n\u0103tatea min\u021bii, a trupului. Ceea ce m-a cucerit citind <strong>cartea lui Bagnola este armonia \u00een care a\u0219eaz\u0103 corpul\/mintea\/ munca \u0219i c\u00e2t de important este echilibrul dintre un trup puternic, p\u0103strat printr-o activitate fizic\u0103 constant\u0103, \u0219i o minte odihnit\u0103. De\u0219i c\u0103l\u0103tore\u0219te \u00een toate lumea, Jim Bagnola \u00ee\u0219i g\u0103se\u0219te timp s\u0103 fac\u0103 jogging, s\u0103 practice yoga, medita\u021bia transcedental\u0103.<!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am cunoscut mul\u021bi oameni, femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi, care s-au aruncat \u00een oceanul muncii, al reu\u0219itei \u00een carier\u0103 \u0219i \u00een via\u021ba social\u0103, renun\u021b\u00e2nd la ore de somn, la a se preocupa de aspectul fizic \u0219i spiritual, desigur, din lipsa timpului (p\u00e2n\u0103 la un anumit moment, am f\u0103cut \u0219i eu parte din categorie). La vremea respectiv\u0103, tocmai \u00eemplinise 36 de ani, dormea doar 5-6 pe noapte, avea 10 kilograme peste greutatea de acum, iar sistemul imunitar o luase la vale. Acela a fost momentul \u00een care a schimbat macazul: s-a odihnit mai mult, a \u00eenceput s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nce c\u00e2t \u0219i cum trebuie, a \u00eenceput s\u0103 fac\u0103 sport. Acum alerg\u0103m, dans\u0103m \u0219i facem \u00eempreun\u0103 exerci\u021bii, indiferent de anotimp \u0219i de dispozi\u021bia mental\u0103. Dup\u0103 un an, colesterolul a revenit la limite normale, are mai mult\u0103 energie \u0219i am\u00e2ndoi suntem de acord c\u0103, al\u0103turi de copii, faptul c\u0103 facem sport \u00eempreun\u0103 ne \u00eempline\u0219te mental, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd. Iar asta se vede la exterior cu ochiul liber.<\/p>\n<p>Revenind la Jim Bagnola, concluzia c\u0103r\u021bii este c\u0103, folosind leg\u0103tura minte\/corp\/munc\u0103, e\u0219ti pe calea sigur\u0103 spre fericire \u0219i munc\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 stress.
