Primul grup a avut misiunea de a se supune unui <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">antrenament exclusiv aerob,<\/span> realizat la o intensitate de 7o-85% din ritmul cardiac maximal, timp de 45 de minute,\u00a0 de 3 ori pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2. Al doilea grup a fost supus unui<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> antrenamnet exclusiv de rezisten\u021b\u0103 muscular\u0103 (anaerob)<\/span>, 3 ori pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, 45 minute, 3 seturi de exerci\u021bii a c\u00e2te 8-12 repet\u0103ri la fiecare aparat, fiind vizate grupele musculare mari.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3.
