Altminteri, cum se vor vedea p\u0103tr\u0103\u021belele sau bicep\u0219ii sub c\u0103ma\u0219a care st\u0103 s\u0103 crape?<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i, \u00een sf\u00e2r\u0219it, <strong>un alt p\u0103cat \u00een care cad mul\u021bi bodybulderi este acela de a renun\u021ba cu des\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219ire la sporturile de anduran\u021b\u0103<\/strong> (alergare, \u00eenot, fotbal, baschet, aerobic etc.) pe motiv c\u0103 pierd mas\u0103 muscular\u0103. Cei inteligen\u021bi!<\/strong><\/a>) acestea nu trebuie s\u0103 lipseasc\u0103 din planul unei s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de antrenament.<\/p>\n<p>Ca s\u0103 nu cread\u0103 b\u0103rba\u021bii ca am ceva cu ei, spun c\u0103 exist\u0103 \u0219i femei cu<em> p\u0103catele<\/em> lor, printre care acela de a se <em>cala <\/em>excesiv pe partea inferioar\u0103 (vezi aici \u0219i articolul <a title=\"Subtiere coapse\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dumitra.net\/blog\/?p=4406\" target=\"_blank\">despre cum ne sub\u021biem coapsele<\/a>) a corpului \u00een detrimentul bra\u021belor (motivul fiind c\u0103 nu vor bra\u021be mari), a mu\u0219chilor care sus\u021bin coloana vertebral\u0103. S\u0103 nu uit\u0103m c\u0103 ace\u0219tia sunt responsabili cu echilibrul \u0219i postura, iar pentru cele cu joburi sedentare, coloana vertebral\u0103 e chiar mai important\u0103 dec\u00e2t sub\u021birimea coapselor.<\/p>\n<p>Dragi combatante, bra\u021bele <em>se umfl\u0103<\/em> c\u00e2nd lucrezi cu greut\u0103\u021bi mari.
