A\u015f spune c\u0103 este chiar mai bun\u00a0 dec\u00e2t banca pentru abdomene din s\u0103lile de sport: mai confortabil pentru spate, \u00een special pentru zona lombar\u0103, cu op\u0163iuni bune de reglare a sp\u0103tarului &#8211; ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 o sus\u0163inere bun\u0103 a capului \u015fi a omopla\u0163ilor; dac\u0103 are \u015fi cotiere precum cel din imaginile de mai jos, este perfect. Vei vedea \u015fi de ce!<\/p>\n<p>Exerci\u0163iile cele mai potrivite pentru a fi f\u0103cute de pe \u015fezlong sunt cele pentru abdomenul inferior &#8211; zon\u0103 mai dificil de lucrat de pe podea. Av\u00e2nd o sus\u0163inere bun\u0103 a capului \u015fi spatelui, te po\u0163i concentra mult mai bine asupra mu\u015fchilor abdominali \u015fi fesieri, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu apar\u0103 dureri \u00een zona lombar\u0103. Dac\u0103 apar totu\u015fi dureri \u00een aceast\u0103 zon\u0103, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 ai cobor\u00e2t picioarele mult prea jos, iar mu\u015fchii abdominali \u015fi fesieri nu sunt suficient de fermi pentru a sus\u0163ine o mi\u015fcare mai ampl\u0103. Limiteaz\u0103-te, a\u015fadar, la ceea ce po\u0163i face f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 suferi!<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.
