Nevoia nutri\u0163ional\u0103 medie recomandat\u0103 (NNM) <\/strong>la care fiecare individ ar trebui s\u0103 se raporteze<strong> \u015fi 2. Aportul nutri\u0163ional recomandat (ANR) <\/strong>cu referire<strong> la ansamblul popula\u0163iei s\u0103n\u0103toase<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Raportul este croit din 2 perspective: impactul regimurilor asupra macronutrien\u0163ilor (proteine, fibre, glucide, lipide) \u015fi micronutrien\u0163ilor (fier, calciu, magneziu, seleniu, sodiu, vitamina C,D,E, B9).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le lu\u0103m \u00een ordine:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>I. MACRONUTRIEN\u0162I<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1. Regimurile bogate \u00een legume \u015fi fructe respect\u0103 recomand\u0103rile.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>!!!!!Fibrele con\u0163inute \u00een legume au efect laxativ, diuretic, reduc absorb\u0163ia de gr\u0103sime din alimente, reduc colesterolul, propriet\u0103\u0163i antitumorale, stimuleaz\u0103 imunitatea organismului. \u00cen plus, sunt bogate \u00een ap\u0103, vitamine, minerale.
