Consumul \u00een exces de sare st\u0103, din p\u0103cate, pe aceea\u015fi treapt\u0103 al\u0103turi de tabagism, obeziate \u015fi colesterol.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Mai mult, nutri\u0163ioni\u015ftii francezi atrag aten\u0163ia asupra regimurilor &#8220;la mod\u0103&#8221; pe Internet. Acestea con\u0163in prea pu\u0163ine fibre, minerale, vitamine, glucide \u015fi prea mult\u0103 sare.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen 2003, Marea Britanie a lansat un program de reducere a consumului de sare, implic\u00e2nd\u00a0 fabricile de alimente, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 diminueze cantitatea de sare din produsele alimentare pe care le vand, sensibiliz\u00e2nd publicul \u015fi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ind etichetele de pe produse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Organiza\u0163ia Mondial\u0103 a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii recomand\u0103 5 grame de sare pe zi (aprox. 2 000 mgr de sodiu)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103? Doar ni\u015fte reclame seci la televizor, 2-3 c\u0103r\u0163i de nutri\u0163ie recent ap\u0103rute \u015fi cam at\u00e2t.
