D\u0103 \u015fi el \u00een clocot, dar r\u0103m\u00e2ne (pentru ca e pus la fiert dup\u0103 ro\u015fii) u\u015for <em>al dente (dovlecelul con\u0163ine 95% ap\u0103, deci nu are nevoie s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 prea mult)<\/em>. \u00cen final, adaug <strong>2-3 linguri dintr-o past\u0103 de ardei \u015fi ro\u015fii f\u0103cut\u0103 de mama<\/strong> (datorit\u0103 ardeiului, pasta e pu\u0163intel dulce, ceea ce mai reduce din acreala ro\u015fiilor).
