Amesteci din nou. Apoi, uleiul \u0219i sarea. La\u0219i la fr\u0103m\u00e2ntat \u00een robot p\u00e2n\u0103 ce aluatul, nelipicios, devine de un alb sticlos. La\u0219i la crescut 1h30. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Dup\u0103 ce timpul s-a scurs, \u00eencingi cuptorul la 200 grade. \u00centr-o crati\u021b\u0103 larg\u0103, pui la fiert apa, adaugi bicarbonatul cand aproape clocote\u0219te. \u00centre timp, \u00eempar\u021bi aluatul \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi de m\u0103rimea unui ou. Aplatizeaz\u0103 pu\u021bin fiecare bucat\u0103 de aluat, pune o buc\u0103\u021bic\u0103 de br\u00e2nz\u0103, apoi str\u00e2nge-o ca pe un co\u0219ulet \u00een jurul br\u00e2nzei. D\u0103 fiec\u0103rei buc\u0103\u021bi forma de minge. Le pui din nou la crescut, 20-30 minute, pe o h\u00e2rtie de copt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chiflele le plonjezi \u00een apa (cu bicarbonat) fierbinte. Ele vor \u00eencepe numaidec\u00e2t s\u0103 se m\u0103reasc\u0103. Le la\u0219i 20-30 sec., le sco\u021bi cu o palet\u0103 cu g\u0103uri pe tava \u00een care le vei coace. Le ungi cu albu\u0219 de ou  amestecat cu strop de  ap\u0103. Presari desupra mac, susan \u0219i 2-3 cristale de sare.<br>Le la\u0219i la copt 20 minute.
