Pe aceasta din urm\u0103 o pute\u021bi folosi pentru a monta cele dou\u0103 mousseuri, dup\u0103 ce blatul se va r\u0103ci complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coace\u021bi timp de 15 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lasati sa se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>PREPARARE MOUSSE ALB:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a economisi timp, am b\u0103tut \u00eenainte cei 900 ml de fri\u0219c\u0103 pentru cele dou\u0103 mousseuri \u0219i am l\u0103sat-o la frigider c\u00e2t timp am preg\u0103tit blatul \u0219i am topit cele 2 ciocolate. Bate\u021bi timp de zece minute, m\u0103rind viteza treptat. Ave\u021bi grij\u0103 s\u0103 nu t\u0103ia\u021bi fri\u0219ca!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puneti gelatina \u00eentr-un vas cu ap\u0103 rece.<br>Topi\u021bi ciocolata alb\u0103 deasupra unui vas cu ap\u0103 care fierbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te laptele \u0219i, imediat luat de pe foc, se adaug\u0103 gelatina stors\u0103. Amestec\u0103 rapid p\u00e2n\u0103 ce aceasta se tope\u0219te bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E bine ca ciocolata alb\u0103 s\u0103 o topi\u021bi \u0219i s\u0103 o l\u0103sa\u021bi (la rece) s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 bini\u0219or \u0219i abia apoi s\u0103 topi\u021bi gelatina \u00een lapte. Dac\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2rzia\u021bi s\u0103 pune\u021bi gelatina, aceasta se va solidifica \u0219i va fi dificil de folosit. Peste ciocolata alba topit\u0103 \u0219i aproape r\u0103cit\u0103 (aten\u021bie, nu o l\u0103sa\u021bi s\u0103 revin\u0103 la starea solid\u0103!) se toarn\u0103 laptele si gelatina.\u00a0Amestec\u0103.\u00a0Se adaug\u0103 o lingur\u0103 de frisc\u0103 amestec\u00e2nd energic, apoi restul de fri\u0219c\u0103 amestec\u00e2nd cu delicate\u021be.\u00a0Toat\u0103 aceast\u0103 prim\u0103 parte a re\u021betei trebuie s\u0103 mearg\u0103 foarte repede pentru ca gelatina s\u0103 nu se solidifice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turna\u021bi mousseul alb peste blatul r\u0103cit. Eu nu \u00eensiropez blatul.\u00a0Daca folositi o form\u0103 de tort cu cercul deta\u0219abil, pu\u021be\u021bi unge pere\u021bii cercului cu pu\u021bin unt, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t, dup\u0103 r\u0103cire complet\u0103, cercul s\u0103 se desfac\u0103 de pe mousse uniform.
