Amesteca\u021bi f\u0103ina, cacao pudr\u0103,&nbsp;f\u0103ina de migdale, praful de copt,&nbsp;bicarbonatul de sodiu \u0219i sarea.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instruction\">2. \u00centr-un alt castron, amesteca\u021bi ou\u0103le, zah\u0103rul \u0219i zah\u0103rul vanilat&nbsp;, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd amestecul&nbsp;devine alb&nbsp;.&nbsp;Ad\u0103uga\u021bi uleiul \u0219i amesteca\u021bi din nou. Uleiul din s\u00e2mburi de struguri e bun de folosit pentru c\u0103 are gust neutru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3. Turna\u021bi amestecul peste ingredientele uscate \u0219i omogeniza\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>4.&nbsp;<span class=\"instruction\">Se adaug\u0103 apoi sm\u00e2ntana lichid\u0103, cafeaua \u0219i iaurtul, amestec\u00e2nd bine dup\u0103 fiecare ad\u0103ugare.<br \/>\n&nbsp;Gustul cafelei nu se va sim\u021bi, ea serve\u0219te aici doar&nbsp;<b>ca poten\u021biator de arom\u0103<\/b>&nbsp;pentru ciocolat\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>5. Turna\u021bi crema de branz\u0103 \u00een forma de tort, peste amestecul de ciocolat\u0103.&nbsp;Netezi\u021bi f\u0103r\u0103 ap\u0103sare.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instructions\">4. Turna\u021bi peste crema de br\u00e2nz\u0103 restul preparatului de ciocolat\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>5. Da\u021bi la frigider \u00een timp ce cuptorul este pre\u00eenc\u0103lzit la 180 \u00b0 C (contrastul cald\/rece va ajuta pr\u0103jitura s\u0103 se umfle).<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instructions\">6. Coace\u021bi timp de 10 minute la 180 \u00b0 C, apoi reduce\u021bi temperatura la 150 \u00b0 C.
