Pune\u021bi perele \u0219i boabele de struguri bine scurse \u00eentr-o crati\u021b\u0103 larg\u0103 pentru dulcea\u021b\u0103. Ad\u0103uga\u021bi cele 300 gr de zah\u0103r. Amesteca\u021bi bine. Se las\u0103 la macerat cateva ore.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aduce\u021bi apoi amestecul la fierbere \u0219i continua\u021bi s\u0103 g\u0103ti\u021bi timp de 15 minute, amestec\u00e2nd \u00een mod regulat. Reduce\u021bi focul \u00een timp ce preg\u0103ti\u021bi caramelul. \u00centr-o alt\u0103 crati\u021b\u0103, topi\u021bi 100 gr. de zah\u0103r (f\u0103r\u0103 a ad\u0103uga ap\u0103), la foc mediu spre mare. C\u00e2nd caramelul cap\u0103t\u0103 o culoare maronie, pl\u0103cut\u0103, (nu prea \u00eenchis, altfel caramelul va fi amar), adauga\u021bi treptat untul s\u0103rat t\u0103iat buc\u0103\u021bele. Ave\u021bi grij\u0103 la riscul de stropire. Ad\u0103uga\u021bi apoi sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na, \u00eenc\u0103lzit\u0103 \u00een prealabil. Imediat ce caramelul cu unt s\u0103rat este gata, ad\u0103uga\u021bi-l \u00een dulcea\u021ba de pere \u0219i struguri. Se amestec\u0103 bine \u0219i se toarn\u0103 \u00een borcanele fierbin\u021bi \u0219i sterilizate. Eu le dau apoi pentru \u00eenc\u0103 30 de minute la cuptorul fixat la 100 grade.
