Ad\u0103ug\u0103m f\u0103ina de migdale, bicarbonatul, fulgii de migdale,&nbsp; amestec\u00e2ndu-le bine \u00eenainte de a pune untul u\u0219or topit (peste care am pus \u00eenainte mierea). \u00cen etapa asta, aluatul este foarte lipicios. Complet\u0103m cu f\u0103in\u0103 de gr\u00e2u p\u00e2n\u0103 ce aluatul poate fi modeat f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 se lipeasc\u0103 de m\u00e2ini (dar ne\u00eenc\u0103rc\u00e2du-l excesiv cu f\u0103in\u0103). De l\u0103sat la odihnit vreo 30 min. D\u0103m aluatului ce forme ne plac, coacem la 180 grade p\u00e2n\u0103 se rumenesc u\u0219or.
