Cum facem asta?<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Lucr\u00e2nd exerci\u021bii diferite, combina\u021bii diferite, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd unghiuri diferite, jongl\u00e2nd cu intensit\u0103\u021bile, cu ritmul, cu num\u0103rul de kilograme (gantere, aparate), folosind o palet\u0103 larg\u0103 de echipamente, schimb\u00e2nd planul de antrenament la un interval de o lun\u0103 \u0219i jum\u0103tate sau 2 luni.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Am urm\u0103rit \u00een decursul anilor, \u00een fiecare zi la sala de sport, oameni f\u0103c\u00e2nd acelea\u0219i \u0219i acelea\u0219i exerci\u021bii, iar corpul lor arat\u0103 asta de departe. \u00cen 2-3 ani de zile nu fac niciun progres.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Bine, acu` s\u0103 nu d\u0103m vina exclusiv pe rutina de fitness.
