Mai vin la anu~, pe vremea asta&#8230;.Intr-o zi de joi.<br \/>\nCare-i cauza? Pai sa vedem. Ce-a fost mai intai? Apa cu lamaie, miere si ghimbir, dieta X, Y sau Z &#8211; una mai abracadabranta decat alta &#8211; sau miraculoasele exercitii pentru abdomen, care, d<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">upa doar 5 minute, iti fac pantecul mai plat decat platoul de prajituri de pe masa de Revelion?<br \/>\nIn prima sedinta la sala, NU \u00eencepe cu exerci\u021bii pentru ABDOMEN!<br \/>\nRiscul cel mai mare al exerci\u021biilor pentru abdomen, facute dupa ureche sau tragand cu ochiul la colega-piesa-belea-care ne enerveaza-care, oricum, nu mai arata a femeie, este accentuarea durerilor de spate.<br \/>\nParerea mea: in etapa de \u00eenceput, concentreaz\u0103-te pe m\u0103rirea mobilita\u021bii \u2013 mai ales prin exerci\u021bii de \u00eentindere \u2013 \u0219i a rezisten\u021bei cardiovasculare.
