Sensei m-a ghicit din prima&#8230;. (sau eu \u00eens\u0103mi sunt ca o carte deschis\u0103&#8230;.? ) \ud83d\ude42 Vede\u021bi, \u0219i la asta m\u0103 refeream, c\u00e2nd spuneam c\u0103 \u201dnu de la orice\u201d&#8230;.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Am mai f\u0103cut un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dumitra.net\/blog\/?p=9976\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bilan\u021b la 4 luni<\/a>, dar acum lucrurile mi-s parc\u0103 mai clare. Sunt \u00eentr-un tumult permanent (nici c\u00e2nd plantez r\u0103saduri de ro\u0219ii nu cred c\u0103 sunt relaxat\u0103), iar asta m\u0103 crispeaz\u0103 instantaneu &#8211; i-am \u0219i spus-o lui sensei de multe ori. Cum s\u0103 ceri unei torpile s\u0103 \u021b\u00e2\u0219neasc\u0103 zen \u0219i s\u0103 aterizeze pe o cuvertur\u0103 de catifea, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 fac\u0103 m\u0103car o cut\u0103? Natura mea vulcanic\u0103 \u00eenva\u021b\u0103, cu greu, s\u0103 se converteasc\u0103 la o anumit\u0103 lini\u0219te interioar\u0103, iar greul acesta mi se pare, paradoxal, cel mai mare c\u00e2\u0219tig al orelor de arte mar\u021biale. Poate v\u0103 \u00eentreba\u021bi, dac\u0103 asta caut, de ce nu m-am dus la cursuri de yoga. \u00cenc\u0103 nu sunt acolo, am nevoie de explozie, de mult joc de glezne, ca s\u0103 \u00eemprumut un termen fotbalistic. A\u021bi auzit probabil \u00een sala de fitness expresii de felul: azi am lucrat picioare. Desigur, e \u0219i aici un avantaj: o musculatr\u0103 bine profilat\u0103, dar asta doar cu mare grij\u0103 la farfurie. Mai mult zen, mai mult exerci\u021biu, mai mult\u0103 s\u00e2rguin\u021b\u0103&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Se spune adesea c\u0103, mai ales \u00een cazul artelor mar\u021biale, e nevoie de ani buni de practic\u0103.
